5. Your Controls
On your first visit, you will see a cookie consent banner. You may accept all non-essential cookies, decline non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences. You can update your preferences at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the platform footer.
You may also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using the platform. Blocking other categories will not affect core functionality but may affect certain preference features.
6. Do Not Track
We respect browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. When a DNT signal is detected, we disable all non-essential cookie functionality for that session.
7. Data Retention
Strictly necessary session cookies expire when you close your browser or your session times out. Preference cookies persist for up to 12 months. Analytics cookies are aggregated and anonymized and do not retain individual session data beyond 24 hours.
8. California Residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information is collected via cookies; (b) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for advertising); and (c) request deletion of personal information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@finverified.ai.
9. Changes
We will update this Cookie Policy when our cookie practices change. Material changes will be announced via the platform or email. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
